Lowering Your Payment

Get a lower mortgage rate- If you can lower the interest rate you are paying on your mortgage you can lower your mortgage payment

Stretch your payments out- Maybe you have paid down your mortgage in the years you have been in your house. What do you do if those payments are still difficult to make? You can refinance your mortgage and do a 30 year mortgage again. Lets say you only owe 20 years left on your mortgage, by refinancing the balance into a 30yr mortgage you can lower your payment. This is not the best option for everyone, but it may help you.

A “total refinance”- This combines all your possible options. Such as: Lower Mortgage Rate, removing mortgage insurance or lowering it. And I will also help you to find cheaper homeowner’s insurance and/ or help you to fight your taxes. My goal is help get your mortgage payment lower.
