A new home development is being built right now by Johnson Development.  It will be called Woodforest and will be located in Montgomery County, just 6 miles south of Lake Conroe and 5 miles north of The Woodlands.  This development will be amazing.  It is located right next to the Woodforest Golf Club.  Keep in mind this is a championship golf course designed by Steve Elkington.

Not only will it have amazing homes, but will also have 90 acres in businesses for your convience.  I am being told they will be building a "Market Street" theme setup like in the Woodlands.  Or like "Town Square" in Sugar Land.  Right now Kroger, Home Depot, Target, Office Max, Chili's and others are expected to move in to WoodForest.
