The Senate has just approved the HomeBuyer tax credit extension.  So I wanted to email you asap.  Here is a link to an article by ABC news to confirm it:

http://abcnews.go.com/Business/wireStory?id=11059477.  Next is for the President to sign it and make it official.  Which I assume will be tomorrow.  I will also post an update once the President approves it.  Keep in mind this extension is still only for individuals who had a contract by April 30th.  Please call or email me with any questions.
