THE WOODLANDS HIGH SCHOOL RECEIVES TOP HONOR!  The Woodlands Township presented a Certificate of Recognition to The Woodlands High School for winning the Lone Star Cup.  This makes the third year in a row for the high school to win this prestigious award.

The Lone Star Cupaward recognizes high schools in Texas who have strong athletic and academic programs.  The University Interscholastic League (UIL), accumulates points through the year based on performances in athletics at the district and state level along with grades.

This coveted award has high standards and is difficult to achieve.  This speaks very highly of the incredible programs at The Woodlands High School and the dedication of these coaches and teachers.  The Woodlands High School received a perfect score of 100 with the next recipient at 94 points!

Boys Cross Country - State Champions

Boys Swim/Dive - State Champions

Girls Soccer - State Champions

Boys Soccer - State Semi-finalist

Girls Golf - Third in State

Softball - Regional Semi-finalists

Academic Team - District Champions

Boys Basketball - District Champions

Boys Football - District Champions with 10-0 record in regular season

Congratulations to all of these athletes, coaches and teachers for an outstanding job!  You make us all very proud!
