Before you Paint Your House Number on Your Curb in New Territory, this is good information to know.  The Association office has been receiving a large number of calls from homeowners who have had their house numbers painted on their curb by someone going through the neighborhoods.  The person doing the work has been reported to have a flyer that states that he has checked with the Homeowners Associaiton and that what he will paint is allowed.  That is not true, and in fact, many residents have been getting letters stating that they must repaint their curb numbers.  Those who call do not know how to contact this vendor to have the work redone.  We do not have his phone number either. 

The requirements for painting your house number on your curb are as follows:
Curb numbers must be black, 4" in height, on a white background which is no more than 6" in height by 18" in width, with no special motif. 

Please be sure that if you are going to have your house number painted on your curb - and it is very helpful to emergency personnel, should you need them - that the above requirements are met.  Thanks - Susan Rash, Executive Director
