If you live in New Territory(Sugar Land) and opened your bill for Homeowner’s Association Dues, you noticed a surprise.  The yearly dues have increased to $1050.  This increase was mostly due to the increase in water costs for the New Territory.  As I wrote about this before, New Territory Residents your Water Bill will increase in 2012. 

Other causes that led to the increase are the increase in capital reserves.  The Board for New Territory did this to help increase the money on hand for repairs and replacement of New Territory property.  The  legal fees and  street lighting also increased in this budget. 

I would also like to take the opportunity to say Thank You to the New Territory board and everyone who takes care  of New Territory.  I live in new Territory and love it here.  I believe it is a beautiful area to live and it is well taken care of because of the Board and the staff of New Territory.
