Tell us a little about yourself(work history, family, interests) 

My name is Anja Drewes, I am a Realtor for Re/Max Elite.

I Graduated in Hamburg, Germany with a Major in Graphic and Art. Before getting into Real Estate, I worked in Marketing for over 12 years.

I have lived in Sugar Land / Missouri City since 1999. I am a single mother of 2 amazing children. They both attend Clements High School.  They are both great athletes, we are at Swim Meets or Soccer Tournaments almost every Weekend. 

I have been actively involved in many service oriented associations (including PTA's, PTO's, Women's Associations, Tennis and community outreach programs.) I enjoy working with each client as an individual to help them meet their goals. 

I enhance my professional abilities and develop my skills and knowledge through educational courses, seminars and most importantly, experience. Through my training and education, I earned my ASP, CIPS, IRIS, GRI, and TRC designation.

I can help you find the best real estate, a second home or condo  in the sun or your dream property to live in overseas.

What areas do you focus on for Real Estate:  

My main Focus is Sugar Land, Seller, Buyer, and Clients who are relocating. I have sold homes in Telfair, Greatwood, New Territory, Sweetwater, Commonwealth, Brightwater, Riverstone, Sienna and Katy. I also know the area inside the Loop, Montrose, West University and the Galleria Area.

What are you seeing going on in the Real Estate Market today?:  

It is a great time for Buyers to buy. Mortgage rates are still low and they have plenty of properties to choose from.  Many people don’t want to pass up this opportunity to buy in such a favorable market. I see an increase in activity at my office. Many clients, who have been waiting for a move are now taking advantage of the market.
