DaveYourMortgageGuy.com now has paperless mortgage documents.  With the help of Docusign, the entire mortgage package is paperless.  In the past you would need to sign and initial all of the mortgage documents.  This usually meant initialing 40+ documents.  Now you can just go thru and click designated spots on the form, providing an "Esignature".  Not only will this save you time when filling out and signing your mortgage documents, it will also save TREES!!!  If you are thinking of buying or refinancing your home, please call me today to make sure you are getting the best rate possible.
