We recently came out with a mortgage program that allows us to use your assets instead of income to qualify you for a mortgage.  Unlike all mortgages, with this program you do not need income.  But, you do need a larger sum of assets.  Then we calculate a income based on your assets, to find out if your Buyer qualifies call me today.  Here are the exact guidelines on what you do need  to know:

1.      Min loan amount is $300k

2.      On a purchase the max loan to value is 70%, 75% on a refinance

3.      Min credit score is 680 or no score

4.      Foreign Nationals are accepted!!- 50% loan to value

5.      Up to $5 million loan amount

6.      Allowed for Investment property and second homes

7.      Can also use their other current income. 

This is a great program for those folks who have a lot of money in the bank and are living off of it.  It will also work perfectly for Buyers who are self employed, retired, divorce situations, trust income
